1. Services Provided

• 4 Edges provides interior design consultation, project execution, and related services.

• All services are subject to availability and agreement between the client and 4 Edges.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

2. Payments & Transactions

• Payments for services must be made via Razorpay or another similar service provider.

• We do not store or process payment details; all transactions are handled securely through third-party payment processors.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Any additional costs arising from changes to the project scope after agreement will be borne by the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding project requirements.

• Any delays due to client inaction, late approvals, or inaccurate information will not be the responsibility of 4 Edges.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring access to project sites as needed.

4. Intellectual Property

• All designs, concepts, and materials created by 4 Edges remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our designs without prior written consent.

5. Limitations of Liability

• 4 Edges shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors, suppliers, or unforeseen circumstances.

• In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.

6. Third-Party Services

• We may use third-party contractors or suppliers for certain aspects of a project.

• Payments, warranties, and responsibilities related to third-party services are governed by their respective policies.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations of projects must be requested in writing.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the stage of the project and expenses incurred.

• 4 Edges reserves the right to terminate a project if a client violates these terms or behaves inappropriately.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Client information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

• We do not share project details with third parties without client consent, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.

• Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in courts located in Maharashtra.

10. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

• Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
