Cancellation and Refund
At 4 Edges, we take pride in delivering high-quality interior design services. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are considered final. However, in exceptional cases, we may allow cancellations and refunds under the conditions outlined below. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Cancellation Policy
For Interior Design Consultations:

Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled consultation.

Cancellations made within 72 hours will be non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests are allowed only once and are subject to availability.
For Ongoing Interior Design Projects:

Due to the extensive planning and resource allocation involved, cancellations of ongoing projects are not permitted once the project has commenced.

If a cancellation is approved at our sole discretion, a partial refund may be considered, deducting all costs incurred, including administrative fees, consultation charges, and any work already completed.

Any external vendor or contractor costs will be non-refundable.
For Custom Orders (Furniture, Decor, or Other Custom-Made Items):

All custom orders are final and cannot be canceled once production has started.

If a cancellation request is made before production begins, only a partial refund may be granted at our discretion, deducting material procurement, labor, and processing fees.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds will only be considered under extremely limited conditions, such as:

A service is not initiated at all due to unforeseen circumstances caused solely by 4 Edges.

The client has made an overpayment due to a billing error.
Non-Refundable Cases:

All payments made for services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Any service that has been partially or fully rendered, including design plans, consultations, or execution work.

Custom-made items, furniture, or decor that have been ordered or produced.
-
Payments made to third-party service providers, contractors, or material suppliers.

Any cancellation requests made after the final delivery of the project.
Processing of Refunds:

If a refund is approved under rare circumstances, it will be processed within 30 business days.

Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (Razorpay or another similar service provider), minus any applicable transaction fees, administrative charges, and processing costs.

Under no circumstances will full refunds be issued after work has commenced.
3. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds must be submitted in writing with detailed justification.

4 Edges reserves the exclusive right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

All disputes will be governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, and shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
