1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship and deliver within India only.

Delivery to remote locations may be subject to additional charges or extended delivery timelines.

International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing and Delivery Timelines

Custom Orders (Furniture & Decor): Estimated delivery time ranges between 4-12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order and availability of materials.

Standard Items (If applicable): Typically dispatched within 7-10 business days.

Interior Design Project Deliveries: Delivery of project-related materials will be scheduled as per the project timeline agreed upon.

Delays: While we strive to adhere to delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as supplier delays, weather conditions, or logistical challenges may cause unavoidable delays.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of the order.

Any additional costs such as handling, installation, or special delivery requests will be charged separately.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Delivery Process

Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the client at the time of purchase.

The recipient must be available to accept the delivery at the scheduled time.

If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the client's unavailability or incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.

Certain items may require on-site assembly, which will be handled as per prior arrangements.
5. Inspection and Acceptance

Upon delivery, the client must inspect the items for any visible damages or defects.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

If damage is confirmed, we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to handcrafted or natural materials are not considered defects.
6. Risk and Liability

Once an item is delivered and signed for, 4 Edges is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or damages.

If a third-party logistics provider is used, their terms of service will apply to shipping-related issues.
7. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipping.

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

In case of defects or incorrect shipments, we will arrange for a replacement or repair as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
